I did all the steps and when the extra miles by disinstalling the game or redownloading the files and used "chkdsk" in the comand prompt, but I just keep getting this error.
Did anyone have similar problem?

try right clicking destiny 2->Properties->installed files->Browse then delete every file except the packages folder then go back to the properties and click "Verify integrity of game files" once that is done you should be able to launch game @fresh robin
