How to Acquire New Exotic Armor

Hey I just want to know where to get new exotic armor that I do not have

Level up Rahool by decrypting engrams and gain ranks until you reset and then can focus the new exotics

or the vex incursion zone has the event happening

That only gives exotics until lightfall for TFS exotics you need to buy them from rahool only by resetting him every season and spending a cipher

the question didn't specify from which DLC so I included that

reset rahool once, once you reset him once, there will be a new tab in rahools focus decode section where you can use exotic engrams and any exotic ciphers you have to focus your exotic engrams into armour that you dont have.
