TLDR; Can't get barrel or magazine upgrade on Outbreak, doesn't prompt pattern complete when done all 3 forvault puzzle regardless of having the kaypad and difficulty

It's been like that for near a year

I will add that I do have it fully upgraded and am helping a friend

He only has the intrinsic perk and catalyst finished, but not for Corruption Spreads 2,3,4
