Icebreaker catalyst

Ive done all the puzzles for rogue network the weapon focussing and claimed all respective triumphs however after doing catalyst shooting all 4 panels and all ice blocks and putting in the correct code I'm still not getting the Icebreaker catalyst anyone know why?
