If I have the base TFS and the decide to purchase TFS+AP at at discount later, will I have to pay the whole discount price or is there going to be a difference?

For example, the TFS + Annual Pass discount is at 50% making it . Will I have to pay the $50 or $25 since I already have TFS base game?
