Is it too late to buy the annual pass or not? I'm also curious about the dungeon keys. Does buying only the base DLC mean I can't play dungeons? Will it be cheaper to wait until next year to buy the DLC and dungeons together at a lower price?

Only buying DLC will only get you TFS + one season. so yeah youre going to have to buy everything else afterwards
