On the Encryption bit part of the quest. I cannot find the last one which is in the smothering darkness cyst. But I can’t find the cyst anywhere. Any help would be great.

there's 3 locations for 6 cysts. Before hitting the patrol (loading zone) there should be a bird by the side. That bird doesn't fly away

and you can interact with it to swap the cyst with the 2nd one
