So I completed the whole campaign on legendary, defeated the tormentor, and unlocked the ghost, but I do not have a single destination to go to on The Pale Heart, and therefore I cannot do any of the lost sectors, and I really need one specific exotic!

The Final Boss. Everyone can access the campaign, are you stupid? JUST like how EVERYONE can access europa or neptune without the dlc, they just cant access the extra powers like strand or stasis. Think about what you say before you speak, and get the proper research in mind.

uhm the last time i played the final shape i fought the witness as the final boss and his 2 subjugators
