So while doing vesper mission, on Step 6th the third message, or rather the 6th message total, we completed the panels with operator but before we could collect the thing, we died

It reset us and the collect thing isn't there anymore. We tried restarting from the checkpoint and nothing was there still. Anyone know if we restart the dungeon, will it be there? Anyone experience this?
