What is tonic capsule

First, I would check your mouse control panel settings, and find the setting, hide cursor while typing, this could cause it

its a thing in the quest tab

i had the hide cursor while typing setting enabled, i disabled it and im still having the issue

access it from your inventory not the quest tab, the quest tab one is buggy
