I only have the first quest "//Choir: Eternal" but don't want to run the expert mode 3 times. Is it possible to do all 3 quest at once? If so, how do I get the other 2 quests as I've opened all the chests and there's nothing at banshee.

You only need to run expert mode once, however you do need to progress the story it seems. secret chests are all tied to collectibles so as long as you've done them already you'll unlock the refits right after from banshee (iirc)
