that's how I won the match. And what influence do I have on who is selected for the match? the cheater should not get the emblem, and the rest are not guilty of anything.

Well bungie listed in their TOS that u cna get banned for playing with a cheater even if you're legit, so that's no excuse
the outcome was heavily impacted by a cheater so you mightve lost if it wasnt for him

it's not my fault, I had no idea who I was playing with, I only knew that my opponent was Bungie creator, I was hunting for someone from this event, I didn't sleep at night for a few days.
if I knew that someone on my team was cheating, I would keep looking, you can't treat normal players like that there should be protection against such players. I really care about this emblem.
