Only when the dungeon is farmable, meaning that it has a mission giving you pinnacle gear on the first completion.

The exotic won’t be farmable until the new dungeon launches next season and wr comes into the rotation

I thought it currently was farmable. Once it enters normal rotation you'll have to wait for a specific week.

The exotic is not farmable, it’s locked to once per class per week. All legendary drops are farmable.
