Worse than prismatic in 99% of situations

Just run vanilla osmiomancy, coldsnap nade, stasis turret

You now have a version of Shadebinder with Devour, an actually usable super (either nova or SoF) and transcendence

Yeah stasis in general is bad, the scout rifle archetype in destiny is bad, and it catering towards stasis with only mid perks makes it even worse
