Only time Id say its better is if your doing Heavy, but even then again, your max out at 80 adds per banner.

Green room takes a few minutes of parkour and even longer if you’re bad. Dying in green room can potentially spawn you at the start of the mission. No rally banner means you have to take a few minutes to make some ammo
The breackneck mission on neptune is better. The checkpoint never goes away if you don’t kill the wyvern and you get infinite free banners.
