Exotic armor not dropping for BL and WQ

I don't have certain pieces of exotic armor unlocked in my collections, but if you can only get them by focusing, how can you get them if they are not in your collection in the first place?

Some of them are obtained after campaign completions, list what all pieces youre misssing

bl and onward introduced legend lost sector exotics, that you can only acquire from those or resetting rahool and unlocking it via that unlock focusing

or vex incursion zones

I can't focus if they aren't in my collections that's the point
I'll try running legend ls tho

U can focus if u have reset rahool 3 times or so he opens a another page called novel decryption, to focus most exotic armor you havent obtained yet.

isnt it after the first reset already? cuz thats how you get the final shape exotics
