aassuming you mean ill omen and not the failsafe on nessus then yeah its close in terms of damage. its 68 vs 66 impact but frenzy makes up for it

The thing is u can use attrition for each right click making a orb assuming ur one phasing u can swap to still hunt for a charged shot every 4 2l 1h

But expanding abyss makes guillotine better
