#Wizard after overthrow

Im trying to unlock dual destiny but the wizard is not spawning after i complete the overthrow. Am I missing anything?

do the patrol zones in order (left to right)

make sure to stand where they spawn and wait the entire duration

had this yesterday - was trying to unlock for my little bro. first one to spawn for me was impasse (had cleared overthrow in blooming and landing prior)

then had to do other 2 again

so go to impasse complete OT then after boss kill you will get secret keeper near by message
kill, then go to next area of PH

#

repeat for all 3 areas then a yellow beam of light will be in the sky, go to blooming and follow light into caves till you get to mission start point
