You don't. You kind of just have to keep track of it yourself.
But once you kill a boss, their drop is guaranteed with only one exception (The damn meatball boss is still bugged)

Thats not true. There is atriumpth that tracks them for you 🙂
Triumphs --> Pale Heart --> World and then Wasteland Warrior, Basin Brawler and Tower Defender show you which bosses you already killed and which you didnt

He's asking if you can confirm if you got the drop from the boss, and no, you cannot 100% confirm you've gotten the drop even if you have killed them
