Complete Overthrow Level 4 in each area at least once. On subsequent runs, once you defeat Level 4, you can spawn a

#

"Secret Keeper of the Witch Queen" (basically a Hive lightbearer miniboss) in each overthrow area during the 5m cooldown period

#

Killing the secret keeper in each area will produce a beam in the sky that leads you near the Blooming.

#

Specifically you'll want to go to "The Refraction" area.

#

In The Refraction, you'll be led to a crystal cave with an interact spot. Interact and you'll hear a blurb by Savathun

#

You'll get the buff "Savathun's Envoy" for 7m and 2 objective markers. Kill the boss at each objective and bring their light & dark charges back to the plates in the crystal room
