plus whirlwind goes from 1-10 in 2 hits because gally

People run aggressive rockets over precision frame rockets because of 5% difference

I feel like if there’s a not risk heavy way to get more damage, it’s worthwhile

If it’s too much work for you, don’t bother I guess

30% for whirlwind to 35% on CR but need the 24 second combat without being on a 6 second off combat time, whirlwind is much more viable for general play, CR feels much better as a primary perk

thing is with rockets the difference in trait comes with no risk associated, CR if you let CR perk expire it takes 12 seconds to even get to x1 (20%) which is a significant dmg difference

whirlwind is sure to work everywhere, not the same with CR

overall if you really wanna min-max id say just craft one with each and depending on the encounter use CR if its easy to not be off combat for 6 seconds before dmg
