so i have my WL whos at 1998 gear score 2010 power level, if my hunter is 1990 gear score, can i move items of higher power level across to boost my hunters gear score?

im presuming i cant, and i also need to pinnicle my way up on my hunter too

powerlvl is account wide

#

not character based anymore, so what drops on any of your characters is calculated from your account wide highest possible gear score

aka if you have the highest lvl helm on your warlock and your highest lvl boots on your hunter, itll still count both to your max possible lvl and drop accordingly

all still depending on source, because world drops still cant drop higher than power cap, but all powerful and pinnacle drops will be pinnacle cap if any of your chars are pinnacle cap
