Hunter Exotic Cloak Damage %'s?

Yeah yeah, farming the cloak for a caliban's/'x' roll and I dropped both liars and synthoceps, was wondering what people generally choose

I think I hear liar more but I think I heard syntho's had a higher damage %? Does anyone have the numbers for both of them, tried looking for it but can't find it on foundry or lightgg

liars is better if run with combination final blow, which just in general makes for a better build

raw % is 165 boost for syntho and 200% for liars but only every 2nd melee

BUT if you have combo final blow active synthos diminishing returns down to like 30% while liars still retains the full 200

tldr, liars better
