Tried melee kickstart (**NOT **heavy handed) with Wishful Ignorance and consecration. I do not seem to convert my armor charges into melee energy, is this bug still a thing?
Wasnt this fixed for multiple grenade charges?

Heavy handed does something else. It generates orbs on melee kills

What ur looking for is melee kickstart.

Yea true I mixed both up just now, cant edit the thread header now...

it refunds energy when your last melee is consumed no? it doesn't proc on every spent melee

I don't use it alot cuz it's not a great mod so I could be wrong

Does not seem to be working when last melee is spent... :/ but maybe I am overseeing something? I'll try switching to a melee with only 1 charge

It could also be that its code isn't updated to work when there's 4 melees

there's been similar problems before, so if you unequip the exotic it might work like normal again

(Also make sure to have enough armor charges to actually proc it)

Tried it out now it does not seem to work, at least for Titans, with multi charge melees... it sounded really strong with the exotic but guess I'll change to synths again and thunderclap

It says it only works when fully using up all your ability energy

So it wont work if you have multiple melees

It might work if you use it the instant the first melee comes off cooldown but yeah. Kickstarts are pretty trash regardless

Those mods only work for the last melee I think. Kickstarts got a huge nerf a while ago, theyre very bad now, almost never worth running.

it doesnt properly work with consecration, since after the uppercut you passively regenerate a tiny bit of energy, so when you slam you dont go to 0
