Question about challenge in rotating Raids

When a Raid is in this weeks rotation and I want to do the challenge for one Encounter on Master ,will i get a Adept weapon more then once?
like can I farm it for adapt weapons?

if it's the weekly featured raid i think you can farm the adept weapon

but why do that when you can jut buy them from the chest at the end
