so im soloing warlords ruin, and i had hefnd at 9.6m damage, and when i got the hex the hex dude didnt spawn so i died
is this a bug or do i need to 2 cycle him?

he probably did spawn you just didn't see him

was on warlock, and it has happened a couple of times that at least one of them are out of bounds somewhere
