Is it impossible to get whisper traits now that the mission is expert instead of legenedary?

No the quests, I have white nail IV, The quests say legend difficulty however there is only expert. I just ran an expert whisper mission and the quests did not complete

expert is the new legend. they're just renamed like Kydro said in the beginning
