#overthrow hive enemy after the 4 phases not spawning

I’m trying to get the dual destiny quest, so I’m doing overthrows and trying to find the hive enemy at the end, but when I kill the overthrow boss I don’t get the message that the enemy spawned. Am I doing smt wrong?
