Are public events fixed and rotate every day/week?

I need a specific public event to spawn but cant seem to have it spawn for me in neomuna

no its RNG but in a lot of them you can know which it by wear it spawns

Neomuna injection rig as it shown in my triumph - but i finished that heroic 10 times already. Assume only one i need is excavation
i have been in neomuna for like 2 hours and i just get the injection rig over and over again, just different areas

do i need to be in ahimsa park for it to spawn, or can track by the map

my question here is that im literally just getting one type of event over and over, am i just unlucky or is there a rotation and it should be random

where icon for public event spawns can indicate which PE it is.
well this is very weird because literally just 1 out of the 3 events have spawned for the past 1 hour

If its injection rig it will spawn on right side to right of K in park
this is a good indicator as to what PE is about to happen so all u need to do is check the map regularly
so u don't have to land there every time
