Rewind Rounds
I prefer rapid hit for the reload and stability, it's generally better. but rewind is a little more damage if you choose to dps with a primary on a boss for whatever reason
The reload with rapid hit x5 is short enough for no barrier champ ever regain health and the stability let's you hit headshots more consistently from farther away, so I'll have to hard disagree with your statement
the few reloads your saving yourself won't change much in endgame
craft 2 one with rapid and one with rewind, rapid is better for general play, rewind is better for boss dps
