Going with a reccomended build however they seem to be using 11 energy slots in their armor?

I tried using the same mods but didn't have enough space

harmonic mods are cheaper than the actual elemental mods so they might be using those

like for example solar siphon on their helmet would cost 3 energy but harmonic with a solar subclass only needs 1

Ahh okay that makes sense. Do you know if you can get harmonic weapon surge?
