I know there's a lot of options as I've seen what's on light.gg but I'm not sure where all of these are farmable and how many are no longer obtainable

The best 12P shotguns to farm are usually the rapidfire frames, second to that are the lightweight frames because they have the most reserves out of any other shotgun frame meaning more shooting meaning more punching
