PVP surges for ace of spades

How much surges do I need for ace of spades? I want to at least 2h1b or increase my effective range. 2h with memento is also good but not necessary

momento mori will 2h1b regardless

if you have momento mori, radiant, and 1x surge you can 2h 9 resil or lower

2x surge with radiant will let you 2h any resil

3x surge will let you 2h1b 2 resil or lower without momento mori which is kinda useless

as a somewhat skilled ace of spades, i’d recommend only one surge so you keep 2 leg mods open for health on orbs and holster mod for ur special weapon

1x surge is also really good with the artifact mod that gives you radiant on orbs so you can proc reaper with ace, reload, get orb, then u can 2 tap most ppl

I do have the melee fragment so this situation can definitely happen where I have mori, radiant and 1x surge, even if not always

u can use d2 foundry to play around with buffs and optimal ttk

yeah they serve different purposes

d2 foundry is for guns. so like, messing around with perks, stats, stacking buffs

i’d recommend getting a shotgun or sniper to handle other ranges bc it’s a lot easier to get special ammo after the new updates, but do whatever works for you and lets you win

last thing i’ll say is use a heal on orb mod on your legs. it comes in super clutch

Im trying shayura because whenever I get into shotgun range I loose lol

and people don't really expect an SMG

try a good fusion then

fusion rifles get the most easy and stupid kills from outside of shotgun range

obv just do whatever wins you the most games and you have the most fun with tho

not a bad idea, I do have some good fusions. I just never got around playing with one so I don't really know their optimal range
