I've collected all of the Traveler's memories and completed all overthrow boss triumphs but only have 16/17 motes of light. What do I do?

You haven't killed the right boss yet.

Start back at the landing because maybe you missed one there or maybe you're missing meatball boss.

I thought I was missing the meatball boss which was glitched in the first week or 2 and would shoot the mote off map.
