caliban + synthosceps or caliban + liars handshake?

not sure which one to use. synthos has more uptime than handshake but handshake has more of a damage bonus + u dont have to be surrounded and gives back hp, but only works every other hit

I've tried both extensively and I like seeing things blow up with one falcon punch much more. But i keep both.
