Cannot get "rise" quest from hawthorne to unlock Ghosts of the Deep Dungeon

So I'm levelling up my warlock as my first secondary character, I have ghosts of the deep on my hunter because I played hunter all last season.
Is there a way to get Rise from hawthorne anymore?
