After a crucible game none of the players load in to be commended, is it a problem with my xbox or just a glitch?

you sure they haven't just left? also why does it bother you if you can't commendate randoms

they might be idk , i just liked doing it before and it dosent load anymore

check if they're greyed out on the results screen. usually people instantly leave in pvp
