i have finished the main storyline in a few times and i ma doing an ecotic quest called the final strand. I am in the big room where you fight the boss, how do you get past the barrier.

which boss you talking about? the circle room with the shield generators and the barrier?

the markler is past the barrier where you slide down

you hop on the plate on the left and right side. that should progress the encounter and there will be missiles landing on the shield generators

that takes them down and allows you to sparrow to the end
