#How does surge stacking work and do surges stack with mods?

We now have surges on Raids and Dungeons. Would surges stack with leg surge mods? What about overcharged weapons do these stack further? How about effects like Radiant?

the activity surge and the activity overcharge don't stack. so if its solar surge and rocket overcharge then you won't get 50% on solar rockets
