Running a hoil/verity void lock build using nova bomb, graviton lance, edge/hammerhead/guillotine. I am using expanding abyss. Should I be using shieldcrush or transferance too?

also any and all accidental weapon kills feeding back into your next transcendent never hurts

If you're getting trascendence quickly and actively using it, transference seems pretty nice to have. But I would highly recommend shieldcrush since the buff is much easier to maintain
