#Prismatic chests no loot

I've just done the entire TFS campaign on my Titan, and didn't get anything in the last two prismatic chests. So now I'm missing some aspects and abilities: should I just do those missions again?

I also just went back over and completed the last 5 missions again, nothing.
Went to the Pale Heart, nothing.

To be specific, the missing abilities are:

Super: Hammer of Sol, Glacial Quake.
Melee: Shiver Strike.

#

Grenade: Supressor Grenade.
Aspects: Consecration, Drengr's Lash.

you have to redo the other side missions that are in the D1 tower in the Pale Heart

specifically the ones that are tied to Queen Mara and Savathun. Caital and Zavala. and lastly Mithrax and Ikora
