I'm at the Vision of Light in the Refraction and its not moving. I tried fast travelling to the landing zone in the Landing and going to orbit and coming back and still nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Ok I got it to work somehow
It either worked because I went into windowed mode or I stood next to the Vision for a bit before going close to it or both
