how do I purposely get low mobility armor

I know about the two groupings of three, but if I put my armorer mod on the top half, like resilience or recovery, I know I’m more likely to get less mobility

So my question I suppose, is does it matter which one I put my armorer mod (resilience or recovery)

Also how do I get artiface armor, I know it’s from dungeons on master difficulty, but I can’t find any dungeons that let me?

the dungeons are on rotation

right now you can do warlords ruin on master until the newest dungeon comes out, the featured dungeon is spire of the watcher currently so you can farm that
