I'm trying to get better rolls for alt. Main had it easy my buddy and I farmed master GoA. Are masters the only way really? Tried focusing legacy pvp gear but only got 50's.

vendor focusing is the way most do it they have upgrades that allow for high stat armor a lot of the time all the old vendors are gone now so theres way less sources e.g the deep dive engrams wish engrams etc etc
