I set out to try to locate the witch (Secret-Keeper), but she doesn't spawn in the place she should. Does not spawn anywhere in the three Overthrow locations.

@civic wasp you need to complete an overthrow (Lv4) and the Witch spawns in the 5m window that the area takes to "reset"

Yep... I'd completed Overtrhow, and stay waiting... But nothing happend.

Try on three locations, solo, with friends... Nothing

There's no prompt that they appear and they are in different locations from the Overthrow boss, did you look around some?
