I opened all region chests but I didn't get any encryption bits because my inventory was full and it's not in my post master... is there anything I can do?

You can change your region with the /region command. Must be performed in one of the text channels.

@hidden void @winged sonnet BungieHelp on Twitter has stated that it is in fact a bug and they are working to fix it. Last post was 16h ago (on this topic specifically)
