I completed both the hawthorne and failsafe challenges for this week (blue engram ones) like the guardian rank progress states, but i still have no progress. any ideas how to help?

"Weekly Vendors" basically refers to the ritual activity Vendors (Vanguard, Crucible, Gambit, Gunsmith) that are always there.
