Does anyone know if the mote of light is still bugged, I’m still at 16/17 and I just killed the giant meatball in the Blooming that was supposed to be the bugged boss. Please help.

Move all of your motes to your vault, go to orbit, then do it again. That is what fixed it for me. If you are fireteam leader it should always be the meatball boss for you since it's trying to give it to you

I deleted something irrelevant in the inventory, and had to do it a 3rd time before it dropped for me. But, it did, just today. A few hours back. It will drop, just not consistently.
