yea, you can launch onslaught from the vanguard (strikes/nightfall) tab, a random weapon drops at every 10 waves

you used to be able to focus a weapon and make it drop way more often, but bungoe removed the area you do it in for some reason

Recluse is garbo, kienetics got nerfs as well so yes you can get them but just keep this in mind
