Looking for Good legendary Armor

I just started paying attention to stats and dont know where to find high stat rolled pieces of armor.

Using the ghost mods that grant one high stat, you can already improve your armor.

For the past few seasons you could focus armor at the seasonal vendors that had high stats as well

I'm thinking that it'll be possible this season (or episode) as well
